Epsom salts

Magnesium sulphate

A star spa treatment ingredient, it can soothe and relax muscle pains, draw toxins from the body, sedate the nervous system, reduce swelling and bruising, is a natural emollient, exfoliator, and much more. It can also help improve itching or rough patches on the skin. The body's magnesium level increases when soaking with Epsom Salts, which is necessary for serotonin, a mood-regulating neurotransmitter that may increase feelings of relaxation and well-being.

The mineral magnesium sulphate

Known as a ‘beauty mineral’, MSM is the purest and most bio-available form of sulphur, essential for the regeneration of cells.  It is considered highly effective in the treatment of acne, eczema and psoriasis, as well as sensitive, and problematic skin, and helps guard against premature ageing by supporting collagen and elastin production and decreasing inflammation.

MSM is a natural form of organic sulphur that is found in all living organisms.  Derived from wood.
