Rose water is anti-inflammatory, soothing and hydrating, mildly astringent and cooling.  A rich source of antioxidants and vitamins, it can help strengthen skin cells and regenerate skin tissue. There is some evidence that rose water may help decrease damage to the skin's elastin fibers and help prevent wrinkles.
